Stockland Martel

Stockland Martel is a photo-representation agency headquartered in New York and founded in 1983 by Bill Stockland and Maureen Martel [1][2]. The first person they signed was Walter Iooss, and in the years since they have developed a diverse international roster of award-winning photographers.[3] These include 2009 Prix Pictet winner Nadav Kander[4], Timothy Greenfield-Sanders, Vincent Laforet and Lauren Greenfield.[5]

Since September 2007, Stockland Martel has occupied a five-story brownstone in the Gramercy Park section of downtown Manhattan. In February 2009, The Gallery at Stockland Martel held its inaugural exhibition in a renovated storefront next door to the agency.
